The HModa project aims to promote and enhance Italian excellence in the fashion sector. It brings together leading companies in the production of luxury clothing and accessories for international brands, selecting high-quality materials, working in a artisanal way, and adopting cutting-edge design. Our team of experts works closely with customers to create unique pieces, expressing the personality and style of the international luxury brands we represent. We aim to be an Italian company that stands out for quality, ethics and innovation, and that contributes to the spread of Italian fashion around the world.

The HParts project aims at the aggregation of Italian excellences operating in the supply chain of spare parts for the automotive sector dedicated to cars, heavy vehicles and agricultural machinery. The companies in the group are characterized by the quality of the production processes, typical of made in Italy, and by a strong international vocation. Our goal is to become a reference point in the international aftermarket sector, creating a production hub that can enhance diverse yet complementary realities, promoting their development through the realization of market, operational and financial synergies in order to be able to offer a wide range of products united by quality, reliability and innovation. We are proud to be the first industrial aggregation project on the national territory, which contributes to the strengthening of the Italian automotive aftermarket sector at an international level.

With a focus on inspiring new generations, the Project creates value for companies and the territory through the promotion of education oriented towards excellence. The HF&B project is an initiative that aims to bring together Italian excellences in the niche food and beverage sector, to promote and spread the quality and innovation of Made in Italy on an international level.

The mission of the sustainability team is to establish the sustainability department within the Holding, managing the ESG dimensions of the companies and harmonizing procedures and tools through a holistic approach.
